Gamma Series
The Gamma Series is Loud Professional’s dedicated installation loudspeaker range, specifically developed for applications requiring exceptional audio quality, versatility, and seamless architectural integration.
Building upon Loud Professional’s pioneering Co-linear technology introduced in the 1990s, the new Gamma Series continues this proven design philosophy by employing high-performance coaxial transducers throughout the entire range, from 5-inch to 15-inch models. Most models provide a true 70° conical coverage pattern, ensuring uniform sound distribution and consistent acoustic performance throughout the listening area.
The Co-linear design physically aligns the low-mid and high-frequency acoustic centers into a true point-source configuration, generating a coherent wavefront across the entire operating frequency spectrum and eliminating the comb-filtering effects commonly associated with conventional multi-driver loudspeaker designs. The result is exceptional phase coherence and imaging accuracy typically found only in high-end studio reference monitors, bringing studio-quality sound reproduction to professional short- and medium-throw reinforcement applications.
State-of-the-art coaxial transducers ensure the unmistakable Loud Professional sound signature, delivering remarkable clarity, natural tonal balance, and outstanding intelligibility. Fast transient response across the entire range provides impressive impact and dynamics, even in the most compact models. Carefully engineered passive crossover networks guarantee optimal driver integration while reducing system complexity and installation costs. Only a single amplifier channel is required, with selected models such as the Gamma5 and Gamma6 available in 16-ohm versions that allow up to eight loudspeakers to be powered from a single amplifier channel.
The Co-linear design philosophy, combined with consistent coverage characteristics throughout the range, makes every Gamma model highly versatile and acoustically compatible. The distinctive dual-angle enclosure design allows successful deployment in a wide variety of professional applications, including stage monitoring, main PA systems, front-fill, in-fill and out-fill reinforcement in small to medium-sized venues. Compact dimensions, lightweight construction, and a comprehensive range of mounting accessories enable fast and efficient deployment, providing a truly practical and reliable plug-and-play solution.
The Gamma Series has been specifically engineered to deliver the legendary Loud Professional listening comfort. Its design prioritizes audio quality, consistency, and reliability while offering a cost-effective solution for applications where extreme sound pressure levels are not required. Factory-developed processing presets ensure optimum performance while protecting the loudspeakers from excessive stress. Dedicated amplifier platforms with uploadable preset libraries simplify system configuration and guarantee the characteristic Loud Professional sound quality. For optimum performance and system protection, only the amplification and processing solutions specified in the user documentation should be employed.
Constructed from premium birch plywood and finished with a durable Polyurea coating, Gamma enclosures provide exceptional rigidity and vibration control. This robust construction contributes to extended bandwidth, low distortion, and accurate low-frequency reproduction, allowing many models to perform effectively as standalone systems without the need for subwoofers. Thanks to their extended low-frequency response, Gamma full-range loudspeakers can operate independently in many applications while maintaining excellent listening comfort and tonal balance, even in the most compact models.
For applications requiring greater low-frequency extension, the Gamma Series offers a complete family of dedicated subwoofers ranging from 8-inch to 21-inch configurations. These can be combined according to the required performance level, venue size, and installation requirements. The range includes the Gamma5, Gamma6, Gamma8, Gamma10, Gamma12 and Gamma15 full-range systems, together with the GammaS8, GammaS10, GammaS12, GammaS15, GammaS18 and GammaS21 subwoofer models. The number following each model designation indicates the diameter of the low-mid frequency driver in the full-range systems or the low-frequency driver in the subwoofers.
To facilitate seamless architectural integration, the Gamma Series is available in a wide range of custom colors through the RAL Architectural Program, allowing every installation to satisfy specific aesthetic, architectural, and interior design requirements while maintaining the highest professional audio standards.
