Born to be the perfect on-stage performer, the SM12H is a versatile coaxial full-range loudspeaker designed for live monitoring and short- to medium-throw sound reinforcement applications.

The system features a 3 in. diaphragm compression driver coaxially mounted with a 12 in. low-mid frequency transducer within an extremely compact and lightweight hybrid enclosure that combines bass-reflex and horn-loaded technologies. This unique design provides a coverage pattern of 20° horizontal × 90° vertical while combining the efficiency of horn loading with the extended low-frequency response of a bass-reflex system.

Thanks to its innovative acoustic design, the SM12H delivers exceptional sound pressure levels with fast, precise transient response—performance rarely achieved by loudspeakers of comparable size. Its highly accurate frequency response ensures outstanding vocal clarity and instrument intelligibility.

The cabinet's dispersion characteristics have been specifically optimized for stage monitoring applications. The wide 90° vertical coverage and narrow 20° horizontal dispersion minimize interference between adjacent monitors, focusing sound directly on the performer while providing excellent acoustic isolation from other sources on stage.

For maximum installation flexibility, the constant-directivity horn can be easily rotated, allowing the narrow coverage pattern to be positioned on either the horizontal or vertical axis according to application requirements.

The SM12H includes an integrated pole-mount socket for portable sound reinforcement applications. A comprehensive range of rigging accessories enables quick and efficient deployment in wall-mounted, ceiling-mounted, suspended, or stacked configurations, offering maximum flexibility and multiple orientation options.

The enclosure can be suspended using three integrated M8 threaded inserts (two on the top panel and one on the rear panel). Two parallel SpeakON™ NL4 connectors, located on the side and rear panels, facilitate convenient system wiring in a variety of installation and touring environments.
