| Nucleo Series | Nucleo | Nucleo Sub |
Nucleo is a compact installation-specific loudspeaker and represents one of the smallest and lightest full-range systems in the Loud Professional portfolio. Designed for maximum efficiency, versatility, and acoustic precision, it delivers high-quality sound reproduction in an ultra-compact format while maintaining the characteristic clarity and listening comfort of the brand.
The system features a simple yet highly efficient design consisting of a 4-inch low-mid transducer combined with a 1-inch soft dome tweeter. This configuration ensures a balanced and natural sound reproduction across the entire frequency range, with particular attention to vocal clarity and high-frequency detail.
The optimized acoustic design enhances low-frequency efficiency, allowing Nucleo to extend its response down to 100 Hz (-10 dB), an impressive result considering the compact dimensions of the low-mid driver. This ensures a surprisingly full and coherent sound presentation for a system of this size.
The high-frequency section, based on a soft dome tweeter, delivers a smooth, extended, and highly linear response up to 20 kHz, ensuring natural tonal balance and excellent listening comfort across different environments.
For applications requiring extended low-frequency performance, the Nucleo can be combined with the dedicated Nucleo Sub, extending system response down to 50 Hz while preserving the signature Loud Professional clarity, balance, and sonic character.
A comprehensive range of mounting accessories enables fast and flexible deployment, including ceiling-mounted and stacked configurations with multiple orientation options. A dedicated short table stand allows the system to be positioned near computer monitors, mixing consoles, or any flat surface, ensuring optimal nearfield monitoring conditions.
The Nucleo can also be pole-mounted on the NucleoS subwoofer using a dedicated proprietary mounting kit, or installed on a dedicated floor stand, offering maximum flexibility for different application requirements.
High construction standards, advanced manufacturing techniques, and innovative materials ensure long-term reliability in demanding professional environments. The enclosure is constructed from marine-grade birch plywood and finished with a durable, impact- and weather-resistant PCP (Polyurea Cabinet Protection) coating.
