Quadra5, also known as “The Five”, is the mid-sized model in the Quadra Series and represents a balanced solution between compact dimensions and extended audio performance. With a footprint of 160 mm per side, it remains highly portable and easy to integrate, while offering enhanced acoustic capabilities compared to smaller models. Weighing approximately 2 kg, it is designed for flexible installation in both fixed and mobile distributed audio systems.
The system features a 5-inch coaxial full-range transducer, engineered to deliver a wide and coherent frequency response from 90 Hz up to 22 kHz. The coaxial configuration ensures precise phase alignment between low-mid and high-frequency components, resulting in natural sound reproduction and improved spatial coherence.
The high-frequency section is based on a 0.55-inch neodymium tweeter, coaxially mounted on the same low-mid magnet structure. This design provides a smooth, extended, and highly linear response, ensuring clear and detailed mid-high frequency reproduction with excellent tonal balance.
Quadra5 benefits from optimized low-frequency support that allows it to deliver a surprisingly impactful performance for its size, maintaining clarity, articulation, and dynamic response even in demanding listening conditions.
Designed for seamless integration in distributed audio environments, Quadra5 is ideal for commercial and residential applications such as shopping malls, retail spaces, restaurants, lounge bars, private homes, and ceremonial installations. Its compact form factor enables discreet architectural integration, allowing the system to blend into interior spaces while maintaining consistent acoustic coverage. Customizable cabinet colors and front grille fabrics further enhance its adaptability to different design requirements.
A complete mounting system ensures maximum installation flexibility. Quadra5 can be wall- or ceiling-mounted using a dedicated bracket system, which can be fixed on both sides (left/right and top/bottom) via four integrated M6 threaded inserts. The same bracket can also be used to mount the loudspeaker directly onto the QuadraS-HP subwoofer top panel in a close-coupled configuration, forming a compact point-source system.
Quadra5 can also be installed on microphone stands or standard speaker stands using a dedicated adapter, allowing precise tilt and orientation control. A pole-mounting kit enables installation on compatible subwoofer systems such as QuadraS-HP, NucleoS, and GammaS8, extending system response down to 45 Hz in stand-alone configurations.
The system can also be used in small-scale live performance environments when properly configured, offering a compact yet capable solution for portable reinforcement applications.
The rear panel is equipped with two 4-pole Phoenix™ connectors, optimized for fast and reliable installation in fixed and distributed audio systems.
High construction standards, advanced manufacturing techniques, and innovative materials ensure long-term reliability in demanding professional environments. The enclosure is constructed from marine-grade birch plywood and finished with a durable, impact- and weather-resistant PCP (Polyurea Cabinet Protection) coating. A wide range of color options, aligned with the RAL Architectural Program, allows full integration into any architectural or interior design project.
